Intake form submissions are stored in a secure database hosted by Supabase, a SOC 2 Type II compliant infrastructure provider. Data is encrypted at rest and in transit using industry-standard TLS/SSL protocols.

Email notifications triggered by form submissions are delivered via Resend, a transactional email provider. These notifications are sent only to CUL internal staff and contain the information you submitted.
Access to stored submissions is restricted to authorized CUL personnel only. We do not share database access with third parties.
Data Retention
We retain intake form submissions for as long as necessary to evaluate your inquiry and maintain accurate business records — typically no longer than 36 months from the date of submission unless an active client relationship exists.
If you become a CUL client, your intake data may be retained as part of your client file for the duration of the engagement and for a reasonable period thereafter for legal and business continuity purposes.
You may request deletion of your data at any time by contacting us at dusty@culthinklab.com. We will process deletion requests within 30 days.
